SEPTEMBER 2024 – JUNE 2025

Registration for current students and alumni will open at midnight on February 7, 2024. Registration for all new families to the school will open on February 14, 2024, and will be ongoing throughout the school year. Children registering January 2025 or later will be admitted at the discretion of the playschool and based on availability.


At the time of registration, a $75 non-refundable registration fee is due to secure your child’s spot. This fee applies to returning students as well. Following registration, an invoice with your chosen payment schedule (annual/biannual/monthly), along with our Registration Checklist and Welcome Package will be emailed to you.

Tuition for 2024/2025 School Year

Rosedale Playschool is a fully licensed preschool and as such families are eligible for government subsidy. The rates below INCLUDE the universal $75 monthly credit. This is a flat rate per child and you do not need to apply for it. There is an additional subsidy available to eligible families with a household income of less than $180,000. Approved families will receive an additional $125 reduction in fees per month. You must apply for this additional child care subsidy and can find information here:

Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from Rosedale Playschool written notice must be given to the Registrar stating the effective date of withdrawal, i.e. the last day that their child will be attending.  A prorated refund will be given for the remaining full months of membership following the effective date, provided that:

  • the notice is given at least 30 days prior to the effective date;
  • the notice is given on or before the first day of March; and
  • the effective date is before the first day of April.

For example, if you want your child’s last day to be November 30, then notice needs to be given on or before October 31st, to get a full refund of December’s fees.  If notice is given November 5th, then the next month’s fees are forfeited (i.e. no December refund).

 All other fees, dues and contributions are non-refundable.
